Other than that if you can allow disk partitioning and own a windows system, bootcamp is a decent option.

Thats what I did.

Less hassle and allows you to play other windows games too.

Plus you dont have to worry about repeating all the work or research in case you want to reinstall the games later.

Personally I have not tried these, but it seems they work for most games.

Shouldnt really matter, but I have had so many strange issues with playing games on Mac, so I would not be surprised if the games being in Steam could be the issue.

Googling Wineskin mac steam brought me results from the Steam forum with guides and all.

Did you try any of those level 1 1 point 1 year ago I used Wineskin on my MacBook Pro and got the games from steam to work.

I ended up uninstalling it though because it made my Mac overheat super fast and the games dont run that well (kinda glitchy and slow).
